How It Works
Earning Points
- Purchases: Earn 2 points per $1 spent (based on the final subtotal after discounts, before tax).
- Product Reviews: Earn 50 points ($1 value) when you leave a verified review.
- Special Promotions: Occasionally, we’ll offer bonus point multipliers (for example, 3x points per dollar during a weekend promotion).
Redeeming Points
- Conversion: 100 points = $2.
- Minimum Redemption: 100 points ($2).
- Maximum Redemption: 1000 points ($20) per order.
- Partial Use: Redeem in 100-point increments, up to your available balance. The system will only allow redemption in groups of 100 at this time.
- No Expiration: Points never expire. If the program ends (unlikely), you’ll be given at least 60 days’ notice to redeem your balance.
- No Cash Value: Points cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, or credit outside of DiversifiedHair.com.
Terms & Conditions
- Loyalty points are calculated on the final order subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping).
- If an order is cancelled or refunded, points earned on that order will also be revoked.
- Points cannot be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts.
- If you have more than one account, we can merge them together but we will take any duplicated points away, for example the 50 points for registering can't be used twice just like birthday points can't. We WILL carry over purchase points to the account you keep from the other one.
- Program rules are subject to change, but customers will always be notified before major changes take effect.
- The Loyalty Points Program Terms & Conditions are considered additional to our general Site Terms & Conditions. In the event of a discrepancy between the two, the Loyalty Points Program Terms & Conditions will prevail.

A: No. You’re automatically enrolled when you create an account on DiversifiedHair.com. You will immediately see 50 points in your account for enrolling.
Q: How do I check my points balance?
A: Log in to your account and visit My Account and click Loyalty Points from the menu on the left to view your current balance.
Q: How many points will I earn per order?
